WIP Wednesday

“This is,” Lae’zel says haltingly as she takes a bite of the fresh meat and wild mushroom stew, “better than field rations.”

The halfling snorts, her nose pointed high. “I would hope so.”

 

These are a couple of lines from the current scene I'm working on for my WIP, Mouse Among Cats. It's the second part of my BG3 series. Current draft sits at about 4.2k words (whoops).

Current likes: getting into other characters heads is fun! Lae'zel is generally an interesting character, and I wish I liked her more when I started playing the game.

Current dislikes: What do you mean I have more scenes suddenly?!
